  • Non-Quality Issues: For reasons such as no longer wanting the item, or ordering the wrong size or color, we offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please visit our contact page to request an exchange.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags.
  • Exchange Limitation: Exchanges are allowed for items of the same or lower value only.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns, except in cases of faulty items.


  1. Inspection and Notification: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-7 days. Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us for support. Depending on the situation, we may offer up to a 100% refund.
  4. Damaged/Wrong Items: If items are defective or not as advertised, please provide proof through photos or videos. We will replace the items without requiring a return of the defective ones.

  • Orcasells reserves the right to limit or refuse returns from customers with a history of excessive returns or fraudulent activity.

Cancellations or Changes:

  • Cancellation Timeline: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of payment without incurring a fee.
  • Refund for Cancellations: Full refunds are issued for cancellations within the first hour. Cancellations between 1 to 6 hours are subject to a 30% fee.
  • Order Modifications: Changes to orders are allowed within 24 hours of payment. No modifications are permitted after 24 hours.

Exchanges (if applicable):

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for an exchange request.

Lost Packages and Delivery Issues:

  1. Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will replace it. For a refund, we must wait 30 days in case the package is delivered.
  2. Post Office Disposal: We will resend orders disposed of by the Post Office if the address was correct. No refunds, replacements, or credits for incorrect address entries.
